The theoretical basis was the literature of: Leite (2009; 2012), Shintaku and Meirelles (2010), Torino (2017) and IBICT (2023). The results were better information management in RIUFRA's DSPACE. The conclusions are as follows: standardization of process flows, speed in activities, reduction of errors, promotion of greater user feedback with RI administrators, maximization of process effectiveness and also implementation of software improvements. The aim was therefore to evaluate the use of the tool in the Institutional Repositories of the Federal Rural University of Amazonia (RIUFRA). The theoretical framework was based on authors dealing with digital repositories and GA. The methodology was: creation of the e-mail, insertion in GA and dissemination on social networks, events and e-mails. The analysis was carried out from January 1, 2022 to July 1, 2024, showing: users, most consulted works and countries that accessed them. It was concluded that there was a better understanding of users and measurement of RIUFRA's global reach.
