Thus, the research discusses the relationship of this area for the management of information in institutional digital repositories aiming at Open Access. It is considered that the theoretical and methodological reflections of the Knowledge Organization on processes and instruments for the Organization of Information, mainly for thematic metadata, will contribute to improve the level of representation of digital documents, providing greater conditions for the search for subject and with that being Unrestricted access to digital documents is possible, actually implementing the Open Access philosophy.

Título: Acessibilidade e informação fator contribuinte para Ciência Cidadã: uma análise a partir produção científica da Universidade Federal Rural da Amazônia. Autor(es): SANTOS, Ana Cristina Gomes Abstract: It reflects on the right to access scientific information from the perspective of Open Access seen through a sample of scientific production involving 220 researchers from the Federal Rural University of Amazônia who have at least one research project registered with the Pro-Rectory of Research and Innovation . For this work, three databases from the Capes Journal Portal were analyzed. From the report of research projects registered at Ufra and listed in an Excel spreadsheet with the leading research researchers, it was compared with the list of authors who identified themselves as Ufra affiliates in the Scopus Database, selected by affiliation, in which six appeared University name indexing record formats. Many researchers were not located in this database, so the search was extended to Science Direct (Elsevier) and to Scielo in the latter, all publications are open access. In total, 2082 articles published by these 220 leaders of some research project were identified, considering the type of access: Gold 958 articles (journals that publish in open access); Hybrid Gold 443 articles (journals that offer authors the open access option), Bronze 142 articles (editor offers temporary free access) and Green 539 articles (publications available in institutional repositories). Access to information is a right of every citizen and academic scientific production is very valuable to society, not only academic but also for everyone, due to the potential that this production has to be transformed into inputs. It makes a descriptive analysis of an action methodology for the implementation of an Integrated System of Academic and Administrative Activity Management in a University Library; how the relationships and interdependencies of the technical teams occurred and the skills of the library administrator to manage an activity of interest to the entire academic community. It is concluded that the processes involved and the plans executed are a constitutive element that the manager must have and be aware of changes in the scenario, always working in partnership with other professionals and other units to develop information services that improve administration flows , routine and services provided at the university.
