The theoretical basis was the literature of: Leite (2009; 2012), Shintaku and Meirelles (2010), Torino (2017) and IBICT (2023). The results were better information management in RIUFRA's DSPACE. The conclusions are as follows: standardization of process flows, speed in activities, reduction of errors, promotion of greater user feedback with RI administrators, maximization of process effectiveness and also implementation of software improvements.

Título: O uso do Google Analytics no Repositório Institucional da UFRA (RIUFRA): relato de experiência. Autor(es): GOMES, Nilzete Ferreira Abstract: Google Analytics (GA) is a necessary tool for marketing in digital repositories, as its statistics benefit researchers and the institution. The aim was therefore to evaluate the use of the tool in the Institutional Repositories of the Federal Rural University of Amazonia (RIUFRA). The theoretical framework was based on authors dealing with digital repositories and GA. The methodology was: creation of the e-mail, insertion in GA and dissemination on social networks, events and e-mails. The analysis was carried out from January 1, 2022 to July 1, 2024, showing: users, most consulted works and countries that accessed them. It was concluded that there was a better understanding of users and measurement of RIUFRA's global reach.

By digitizing theses and dissertations, the aim is not only to preserve essential academic documents, but also to facilitate access and research for the academic community and the general public. Digital preservation comes from a process of organizational management, the intention of which is to guarantee the accessibility, configuration and perpetuation of the document in the digital environment, guaranteeing authenticity based on information technologies. The preservation of the aforementioned documents is vital, as many are subject to physical deterioration, which can lead to the loss of valuable information. Digitization offers an effective solution for maintaining the integrity and longevity of these collections, allowing continuous access to a rich and well-preserved academic heritage. The general objective of this work is to digitize the retrospective Theses and Dissertations of the Lourenço José Tavares Vieira da Silva University Library (BLJTVS), at UFRA, Belém Campus, with the aim of promoting open access to the entire community, through RIUFRA, and its specificity is to enable the acquisition of knowledge about preservation, conservation, memory, dissemination and digital public collections. The methodology applied covers all the essential phases of the digitization process and insertion into RIUFRA, given that BLJTVS has 2,382 theses and 1,327 dissertations, out of a total of 3,709 postgraduate works. This methodological approach ensures that every aspect of the ongoing project is carefully planned and executed, promoting efficient integration between digital technologies and maximizing the benefits for the academic community. The project integrates digital humanities to modernize document management and access at CEDA, promoting new research adapted to the needs of the Amazon, valuing local knowledge, highlighting and seeks to transform access to and sharing of knowledge, connecting research and collections with education and development in the region.
